3 Major Benefits of Subliminal Messages

You’ve decided to work towards getting the life you deserve. You may be using positive affirmations, developing a more optimistic attitude, or practicing visualization techniques with your vision board. But, are you using subliminal messages? If not, you are probably going to want to once you realize how powerful they are for affecting your life in a positive way. Following are 3 major benefits of subliminal messages.

1. They Are Positive Affirmations That You Don’t Have To Repeat

Positive affirmations help you change the messages stored in your subconscious, which help you develop new attitudes and beliefs that impact your life positively. The problem is that you have to say them to yourself over and over again consciously, unless you use subliminal messages.

Subliminal messages can be tailored to your specific positive affirmations that you want your subconscious to absorb. Then, they can be embedded behind music, sounds, or white noise so that you can go on doing what you need to consciously do, such as work, study, or concentrate on driving, but still penetrate your subconscious mind that is always listening.

In other words, you can minimize the sticky notes with positive affirmations all over the house and skip the vision board once in a while if you want to. Or, you can combine subliminal messages with those techniques to really speed up the impact your affirmations have on your life.

2. Subliminal Messages Help Sway You Towards What You Want

Subliminal messages won’t make you believe something you don’t want to believe. For instance, you won’t find yourself dying for a cheeseburger if you’re a vegetarian. But, they will help sway you towards making the improvements and changes that you want to make in your life.

Subliminal messages are like a friend who is encouraging you to develop the behaviors, habits, and beliefs that you know you need to develop for a happier life. They whisper in your ear to help motivate you to adopt these new things. They make what you want seem more and more important as you hear the messages over and over again.

Think of it this way: If you really want something, then hearing the message to do it or go after it over and over is the best way to encourage you to do it. The more you hear it, the more likely you are to take a chance and incorporate it into your life.

3. You Can Take Them Anywhere

If you are someone who travels a lot or goes out of the home a lot, then subliminal messages will be your best friend for changing your life in a positive way. You can’t bring the vision board with you. You can’t look in a mirror and repeat your positive affirmations. But you can pop on some headphones and soak in the messages during any activity that you are doing.

As I said, the messages are put behind music or noises. They are so low that your conscious mind can barely hear them, so they don’t interfere with what you are doing – even if you really need to concentrate on something. I often use them while I’m researching information, and I find that certain noises above the subliminal messages, such as rainfall, can help my conscious mind focus much better than without the noise. It’s a win-win.

Also, having subliminal messages around whenever you are feeling down or unmotivated can help boost you back to where you want to be. For example, if you are at work and feeling overwhelmed without access to stress relievers that you would use at home, you can use subliminal messages to help you send better messages to both your subconscious and conscious mind, relax and refocus, and then get back on track.
